CatSense
The Cat Sense is a unique, safe, pneumatically powered catalyst flow alarm system, with no electrical or batteries needed. It is designed for use on any MVP meter/mix system, and is quick and simple to install. Cat Sense comes with everything you need to integrate it quickly into the catalyst pump flow line. Connect it to the existing machine air circuit and it is ready to go.
During operation, Cat Sense provides a clear audible alarm when the catalyst flow drops below the pre-determined flow setting set by the operator. Cat Sense will always sense the catalyst flow, regardless of line pressures. The fluid section flow tube on Cat Sense is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and is rated as safe to working pressures of up to 200 bar (3,000 psi).
Turbo Autosprue
The Turbo Autosprue injection valve allows liquid resin mixes to be delivered to a closed mould without exposure of liquid resin to the operator.
The TAS has been tested in all positions Vertical up, Vertical down and horizontally and will operate and flush efficiently. Also tests have proven long service life using all known thermoset resin systems, filled or unfilled.

PV Sensor
The PVSensor system has been specifically designed to measure precise pressures in the mould.
In operation provides precise machine output control to guard against over pressurizing the Light RTM or film infusion mould.
The patented PTFE robust body design ensures excellent release properties from the cured resin and thermal insulation from curing exothermic reactions. No other sensor on the market today provides these benefits at such low cost
